For years, I struggled with internal conflicts and unresolved traumas. During this period, I did not recognize the underlying issues caused by my emotional wounds. My behavior became self-destructive; I sabotaged numerous opportunities, acted impulsively, and made many poor decisions. Eventually, anger became the major emotion I experienced. Overwhelmed by my emotional burdens, I failed to realize the adverse effects they were having on my children and other aspects of my life.
Many years ago, I faced my personal challenges head-on, ignited the power within me, and reclaimed my power. I studied extensively, gaining insights into trauma and its profound effects on human existence. Regularly, I engaged in the healing process to address my emotional wounds. This journey of healing enabled me to become the mother my children deserved. It also provided me with the courage and confidence necessary to pursue and obtain both my Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees, thereby advancing my professional career. Through healing, I learned to uphold my principles firmly and ensure that I was treated with respect and dignity. I developed self-love by treating myself with kindness and forgiveness. I am confident in my resilience. If I am thrown to the wolves, I'll return leading the pack.
Having undergone a personal healing process and understanding its mechanisms, I am equipped to assist others in reclaiming their strength. The human spirit possesses an intrinsic ability to recover and rebuild. Healing fosters resilience, enabling individuals to overcome adversities. Spiritual healing is an essential aspect of one's life journey.
